Warranty Information
TegraSeal Products, LLC (TegraSeal) warrants its products will be delivered free of defects in materials and workmanship. TegraSeal will replace the material or refund the purchase price. TegraSeal makes no other warranty, including an implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. TegraSeal shall not be liable for any other loss or damage.

TegraSeal offers an Extended Warranty covering both labor and materials for repairs of projects only when 1) waterproofing plans are pre-approved by TegraSeal, 2) a complete TegraSeal bentonite waterproofing system is installed by one of TegraSeal's Approved Applicators, and 3) the installation is certified by an independent inspection service. A warranty is only issued upon TegraSeal receiving and accepting the Warranty Coverage Application, Warranty Enrollment Fee and any additional underwriting requirements.
